 About Tea and Toast

Tea & Toast is an acoustic folk duo whose harmonious blend of music and friendship began in the vibrant market scene.

Naomi,(aka Tea) a whimsical artist, was showcasing her artwork when she met Paul, (aka Toast) a puppeteer renowned for his delightful “Giggles.” Intrigued by Paul and his wife Catherine’s playful spirits, Naomi invited them over for dinner to get to know them better.

As their friendship blossomed, Naomi discovered Paul’s deep love for music and his skillful guitar playing. What began as casual jam sessions evolved into dedicated “music dates,” where they harmonized vocals accompanied by Naomi’s piano, or ukulele, and Paul’s guitar. Their musical adventures extended to road trips with their partners, where the car was always filled with melodies, laughter, and silliness.

Their journey from market acquaintances to musical partners is a testament to the unexpected and delightful ways friendships—and bands—are formed. Tea & Toast is excited to release their first album together entitled “First Sip”. This cover based album delivers a delicious, feel-good vibe. They are currently working on their next album which will be focused solely on their original tunes.
